Support Services

CODAS is fully supported by CDS. There is a comprehensive installation and training service for all aspects of system implementation. A full-time telephone support desk is operated during normal working hours. All systems are supported on a long-term basis by a dedicated specialist team with a support package, which, in addition to the fast response telephone help service, also provides for regular upgrades to the software. A full range of technical system support services is also provided.
